A space for you to pause, rest and reset at this turn of the seasons and welcome in new intentions and wishes for the spring. As the days become lighter and warmer feel all your tension melt away and feel energised and refreshed with this practice of Yoga Nidra.
Before you practice, you may like to sit and think about or write down any goals, intentions, positive things you would like to manifest in your life right now...or you may like to just practice with the the intention of having no intention and give yourself the permission to observe and witness whatever comes up for you, thoughts, emotions, sensations - knowing that whatever arises is perfect, just as it should be.
Yoga Nidra is usually practiced lying down, but can be done seated - as long as you are as comfortable as you can be, warm and cosy, cocooned and safe, in a place where you will be undisturbed, and where the light is low (placing something over your eyes helps to relax the eye sockets).
All there is to do is lie back and enjoy just being!
With warmth, love and light from me to you,
Catherine x
